Shipping policy

Free Shipping

All customers get free shipping on orders over $50.00.

For orders under $50.00, customers can select their preferred shipping method at checkout. 

Shipping Timeline:

Orders received before 11:00 a.m. East Coast Time usually ship the same business day. Orders received after 11:00 a.m. East Coast Time usually ship the following business day. However, sometimes due to overwhelming demands for our items, the shipping timeline may be affected. If you are concerned about the shipping timeline, please contact us.

Our business hours are: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We do not process or ship orders on weekends.

*Bongo Gear is not responsible for any delays in shipping after your order has left our warehouse. All delays due to carrier issues must be resolved through the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

Holiday Shipping:
Our office will be closed on the following holidays:

New Year’s Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Veteran's Day
Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving
Christmas and the day before and after Christmas

*Please keep in mind that during the holidays, we may experience delays in shipping.

Warehouse Location:
Bongo Gear's warehouse is located Arizona in the United States of America (U.S.A.).

International Orders:
Bongo Gear can ship orders outside of the U.S.A. on a case by case basis - please send us inquiry via email if our website system does not show shipping to your area.

Order Change Requests:
If you need to make a change to your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We always try to accommodate changes, but, if the order is too far into the shipping process, we may not be able to accommodate the requested change.
